This is a serious 10% beer which achieves excellent balance with it's intense hops load. This beer was partially inspired by potential patrons who telephone us at the brewery and ask "What's the highest alcohol beer you have on tap?" We now say, "Double Sea Hag, she's a perfect ten." Like her little sister, Double Sea Hag is named for her hops bill, which includes most every commercially available hop that starts with the letter 'C', plus Warrior and Amarillo hops. Five total hop additions throughout the brewing and fermenting processes make this an intense yet sophisticated beer. This beer has been a surprise hit with many wine drinkers who normally do not drink beer.

crisp and smooth, all in one sip. 6.5% ABV, 47 IBU. This IPA is named for its hops bill, which includes most every commercially available hop that starts with the letter 'C', plus Warrior and Amarillo hops. 5 total hop additions throughout the brewing and fermenting processes give rise to her wonderful balanced complexity.

MY SOUR EX
A medium bodied golden Ale fermented with Abbey yeast and inoculated with lactobacillus bacteria. Caramel and bready flavors from the specialty malts are followed by a lactic sourness to produce a unique and complex beer. Aged 6 months.
MACHETE ROJO
Who brews a Red IPA? Red Tandem does! Slightly resinous. Slightly fruity. Fully Bitter! Rumor has it that it’s named after a psychopathic machete wielding Sasquatch. But that’s just a rumor. Hops: Comet, Crystal, Mosaic, then dry hopped with a lot more Mosaic! 6.5% ABV, 71 IBU. On tap and also in 4 pack cans to go.

Move up to the opulence of a golden beer.
It’s golden, or just a tad darker than our blonde and KÓ§lsch, with Magnum and Citra Hops. Every time you see the California State Flag,

DANCIN JULIE PALE ALE
Named after a great friend of the brewery,
this new Pale Ale is very clean and crisp. Our brewers scored another winner by combining new Wai-Iti hops from New Zealand along with Comet
and Magnum. It is perfect for every occasion! 5.5% abv, 35 IBU
MICHELLE'S ALL DAY PALE ALE
Brand new for Spring. Here is a new
pale ale featuring Columbus-Zeus-Tomahawk hops and Citra and Centennial. It is citrusy, Resinous and Lemony and Limey all at the same time. 5.4% ABV, 37 IBU.
KICKSTAND KOLSCH
This is the traditional beer of Cologne, Germany. It
is made with a KÓ§lsch-specific specialty yeast imported from Germany. Kickstand is a medal-winner; we’re really pleased with the results and
hope you will be, too. We were recently visited by authentic Germans from Cologne. Their voluminous consumption of Kickstand made us proud! Voluminous! Magnum and Nugget Hops 5.4% ABV 22 IBU

This recipe is over 120 years old. This is a personal favorite of the owner and her husband. We’ve been asked what makes a beer a Belgian?
